What is your return/exchange policy?

Because all of our stroller accessories are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you have ordered the correct size and/or color before finalizing your purchase. If there was an error with the grips you received, please contact lauren@luxandleather.com. RMA form.

Warranty:

All Lux and Leather stroller accessories come with a 60 day limited warranty. This is limited to manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship only. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or proper use of product, or scratching of leather or defects created from self or third-party repairs or alterations. Warranty is valid for original purchaser only (not valid on second-party or unauthorized sellers). Please contact us at lauren@luxandleather.com if you have a warranty claim.

Handmade Disclaimer

All of our products are individually hand made to order and are one of a kind creations and not factory manufactured. As a result, products may have subtle variations from one piece to the next. Such variations are inherent in the crafting of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that make your Lux and Leather piece truly one of a kind. We like to celebrate the unique nature of each and every single product we sell, as well as the desirability that goes with the knowledge that you are buying a one off, hand crafted item.
